Who should attend?
All researchers and key Professional Services are welcome to attend this event.
Workshop aims:
- An introduction to , a newly formed Community Interest Company seeking to address the current and futures problems faced by cities and 天美传媒 in particular.
- An opportunity to establish links between ECF and key academics / departments at the University.
- Identify potential collaborations (sharing of knowledge, resources, and data).
- Find out about the potential to partner on funding applications and the application of research project outcomes.
Additional information
天美传媒 City Futures (ECF) is a joint endeavour between 天美传媒 City Council, 天美传媒-based venture capital fund Oxygen House, and a growing list of business and public sector stakeholders. The programme aims to develop cutting-edge approaches to city improvement through the use of technology and analytics, with the goal of delivering zero congestion and energy independence for 天美传媒 in 10 years.
The event will be chaired by Zoran Kapelan, Professor of Water Systems Engineering and Academic Lead for the Water and Environment Group.
